How does it work?

After purchasing and downloading your resistance training workout, you have the option of printing out your exercises, viewing them on your PC/ laptop or downloading them onto your video iPod.

These workouts are designed to last 4-6 weeks. At this point, you will need to challenge the body again so it will be time to download your next set of workouts. These are workouts that can be done at home with minimal equipment, as well as workouts that can be done in the gym or both! You can receive FREE information in regard to your cardiovascular training and nutrition by becoming a member of the Fit2Lead website. This will give you all the information you need to begin to transform your body.

You may ask why there is no cardiovascular component to these downloadable training sessions. The answer is this, while cardiovascular training is very important, most people know how to do it and are comfortable doing so. You will find guidance in regard to cardiovascular training for FREE when you become a member of the website. On the other hand, a lot of people do not know how to properly do resistance training.

Finally, if you want results, if you want to transform your body, resistance training is the only way to do it. Ladies, you will not bulk up. It is nearly impossible for women to bulk up because women lack the hormonal make up to do so.
